While reading about what to expect in beauty for 2012 I came across a article on STRETCHING...I read on and it was rather interesting. It reported that something as simple as stretching a couple of times a day can really make you feel good...not only can it make you feel good but it will make you feel sexy too!
The stretching of the muscles increases blood flow to certain areas and muscle groups making you feel sexy and good about yourself....
